How we drink rum at El Encanto
   

The Flor de Caña rum is the most popular in Nicaragua because of its excellence. Produced in various qualities, we offer the 4, 7 and 12 year Flor de Caña.

The 4 year (clear) is the most suitable for mixed drinks. At El Encanto we serve the following mixes:

Rum with coke

Cuba Libre (rum with coke and a slice of fresh lime)

Campechano (rum with equal parts club soda and coke)

Pintado (rum with club soda and a dash of coke)

3.   Fruit drink: fresh fruit juice mixed with filtered water and sugar.  
     
4.   Sodas: Coke, Coke light, Club Soda,  Fresca.

  5.   Beer: Toña or Victoria.  
       
  6.   Glass of wine.  
       
7.   Tinto de verano: a long glass of red wine with ice and club soda.  
     
8.   Red or white wine by the bottle.  
     
9.   Rum – a shot of Flor de Caña.  
     
10.   Cuba Libre.  
     
11.   Rum - half bottle (375ml) of Flor de Caña with 2 mixers, ice and lemons.
